South Korea | Travel Assignment

I was sent to South Korea to write about the flying culture in Asia, centred around a paragliding championship competition. I spent 10 days following world-class competition pilots to find out why they do what they do, how they do it, and what they do in their down time. It was an amazing experience and I got to speak to people from all over the world, as well as be shown the authentic Korean culture – barbecue and karaoke.
My 2,000 word travel feature was published in Issue 251 of Cross Country Magazine alongside photography from Dolomite Creative fouding photographer, Henry George.
